This great experience started from the first phone call. The individual on the other end was knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. A couple days later Chris came by to review our options and answer all our questions. Chris is very knowledgeable and courteous. Two weeks later Jessie and Evan show up right on time to install our new AC system. Three hours later they were done. The site was clean, the system worked and they even went above and beyond and taped up a box in the basement that had come loose when it was moved for better access. This was an all around great experience. Thank you Chris, Jessie and Evan.

Was totally blindsided by the size of the heat pump installed on my property. Chad gave me a proposal on heat pump and furnace but never gave me any specs to the size of the unit ...also website gives dimensions for their older units ...the size of the unit I received was half the size. Now I have a unit that is almost 5 feet high on my very small deck behind my 1,000 square foot condo. I expressed my horror to the installer, the sales person, the manager, etc. and nothing will be done other than if I pay for both systems. They state that they want their customers to be totally satisfied and will keep doing their job until they get it right. What a joke! Bait and switch is all I can say.
