Extremely high no matter what you do...it will not help. How they get away with it? Why it seems no one care to investigate price gouging from corporate office. We pay our bills so don't say it's probably because of that. I mean this company buys electricity from Duke Energy and we have to pay higher cost because of it...Just sell to Duke already. Smh

Little River availability charge is to high.Duke Energy is cheaper .And they want to raise it to 28 dollars next year.Who approved this.It hurts the low income and retirees and lower middle class.Plus no incentive to save on your electricity bill..
