My neighbors had a gas leak earlier this year and SCE@G come out and had to dig in my yard due to the location of the lines. Doing so, they hit a line leading to my irrigation system. We called to get this repaired and no one was helpfully at all. The lady, Jackie Greene, who was in charge of dealing with my claim has hung up on me and told me she cant help me. I was forced to seek out and find my own repair man as SCE&G does not have repair people or a list to go off of when they have damaged things and need to repair it I have sent my invoice in and Im hoping for a reimbursement. As a company that is monopolizing the low country it is hard to believe mistakes are never made. Its harder to believe that you all will not even try to fix your mistakes and leave all of the work on the customer.

All I have to say is wow. I was sitting in my house when a tree fell across the power lines right outside. By the time I walked outside to see what was going on a dominion energy truck was pulling up. 5 mins later he had the tree cut down and power back on. less than 15 mins from tree falling to power on. Holy smokes!!!!!

Every time and I mean Every Time their is a storm our lights go out and my friends that have Palmetto Electric they have lights after a lighting storm. You would think for what they charge my lights should never go out. SAD VERY SAD!!!

They dont deserve 1 star of you ask me. Its completely unfair that because of where I live I'm forced to deal with these people, I always have problems with their payment system, the service is horrible I've been charged extra fees on multiple occasions because their payment system messes up and yet im forced to use this company because my family cant go without electricity.
