This company's name is pronounced Mer-m. As of 2/20/19 during their job fair, I was informed during my interview that starting pay is now $14.08 per/hr. for day shift and $16.08 p/h for night shift. This company has it's beginnings in France and has set up their first U.S. plant here in Cowpens, S.C. They have future plans for expansion and have great benefits for their employee's. They are considered a textile company for those of you that are interested.

I've just learned that the work hours aren't very family friendly, but if you need work go for it! Employee hours 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am. Off every other weekend. Starting pay is 12.88 with a 2$ premium if you work night shift (14.88). No swing shift, no ged required. We just came from another company with worse hours and tolerate sexual harassment, less pay ( Epsilon Plastics)
