I moved from another electric companies area to Laurens Electric. Let me say it's a difference like night and day. Every time I call and speak to someone they are extremely helpful and pleasant. I'm so glad to be your customer.

Ive experienced terrible service from this company. I see the companies reviews are mainly from upset customers but I understand why. The Laurens Electric company doubled my bill by $300.00. Im barely home . They charge you for power you dont use or they overcharge. Either way. I dont recommend this company or there service.

Dont ffs go on holiday bill comes in 1st to 3rd cut off 21st if you dont pay within 2 weeks off it is

Horrible customer service. Horrible automated answering service. Theres no one available on weekends and if you need to talk to them during the week you better take time off of work. And theyll switch your due date at random then charge you a late fee. Find power elsewhere if possible.
