Customer service is subpar at best and they did a great job on selling me a useless solar system that cost more than just staying on my electric companys line. Thank you sun run for increasing our bills and not doing anything about it or even attempting to fix it.

Tried to call my local Sunrun office here in Summerville Ladson they don't even have a phone number listed and when you call another number it send you to a call center in Phoenix Arizona

They put panels on my dad's roof and did not tell him he neededa new roof. Now it's going to cost $150 per panel to have them removed an reinstalled. He has 31 panels = $5150 wow. My dad is 94 and I feel like he was taken advantage of.

Having issues getting them out in a timely manner to remove panels so I can get my roof replaced due to a leak. Leak didnt start until after install but the technician stated it wasnt panels. Had roofer come out and could not confirm so we had insurance come out for claim. Also was told my power bill would be significantly lower but pretty much paying 2 power bills. Called and they stated I was just using more power. Our habits havent changed since before install. Seriously regretting getting panels.
