We are located in Atlanta Ga. Ken actually made the long commute from Carolina at a very decent price to install over 26 panels. Prompt, Fair, and knowledgeable about his craft. In addition we needed to arrange calls after the job was done and Ken was gracious enough to carve out time and help us through post concerns we had. I can list half a dozen customers of this horrible company that have been ripped off or hung out to dry after having systems installed that do not come close to meeting the energy savings promised when systems were purchased. Promises to customers to give rebates and spiffs for referrals go unpaid to customers and requests for warranty service on installed projects go unanswered. Solar works but not with this company. All of the positive reviews I read about this company are manufactured by family, friends and co-workers of Ken, the owner of East Coast Solar.
