I have used Rite Temp at my house since 2003. They initially installed my Carrier units at construction. Since that time, they have inspected, cleaned, and made any repairs that were necessary. All of their Techs are well trained, professional, and courteous. I can say I have never had a problem with this company.This is why, after my daughter had problems with a/c at her house, I called them in. She was dealing with a second or third rate company that over a month's time had not solved the problem. DJ diagnosed what was causing the a/c not to function properly and what needed repair. Brian and Shane came over today, fixed/replaced parts that were truly worn out and set my daughter up with a one year maintenance plan, to ensure proper preventative maintenance.If you're looking for a great a/c company, give these guys a call.

Bryon was a top notch technician. He immediately began working on the unit upon his arrival. He was courteous, efficient and effective throughout his visit. Upon completion of the repair, he took the time to explain my digital thermostat - something the original installers failed to do. Had to call Rite Temp today cause I was having a problem out of my heat pump. He came late an I explained what was going on an he did his diagnostic of the problem an found the problem an fixed it.. the charge was very reasonable an the technician was very knowledgeable about the unit.. I would recommend Rite Temp to anyone needing repairs... thanks Rite Temp an thank you to the technician..
