We had originally committed to another company that had come to our door, but when the rep for that other company was caught being dishonest, we kicked that company to the curb and was referred to Hilton Head Solar. The ladies and gentlemen of HHS were a pleasure to work with and their communication was outstanding. Our panels look and work great. We couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Hilton Head Solar!UPDATE on 4/13/2020 - Steven and his company did an OUTSTANDING job for us and his service after the installation was SUPERIOR! I cannot say enough good things about Steven and his company. If you're looking for solar, I'd certainly give Steven a call at Hilton Head Solar.

Hilton Head Solar was great. Detailed sales process, they made sure my questions were answered (I had a lot) and the system fit my needs and was installed to my standards. After install they stay in touch and make sure things are running nicely. Already got my first ZERO electric bill (well there is a $9 service fee from electric company lol) actually have credits piling up as the system is producing more than my home is consuming. Neighbors who went with Hilton Head Solar last year helped my decision and now I've joined the satisfied customer club. Excited to see how much juice these panels will crank out this summer!

I had my solar installed by a different company (a total nightmare) and there were so many stories of them not installing properly and installing faulty equipment. So, I called Hilton Head Solar and asked them to do an inspection to put my mind at ease. They were very quick to come out, very professional and very pleasant. They updated my Enphase so I was actually able to keep track of my production and usage. I can't thank them enough. I will be using Hilton Head Solar going forward for all servicing and maintenance.

We were struggling with some issues with another solar company that did an instal for us. I contacted Hilton Head Solar and the owner of the company called me directly. With his vast knowledge, we were able to come up with a resolution with our other company to our satisfaction. Had I not been armed with the information that was shared with me, we would have ended up short of our promised production. Although we didnt buy from HHS, I feel like I can highly recommend them from my experience. I talked to several other companies and HHS was the only one that came up with the best solution. Hilton Head Solar provided an appropriate consultation for my residential solar installation. The design was presented to me in a professional manner and the installation was performed on time. During the first 6 months of operations, the system is providing 80% of my electricity needs - exactly as it was designed. I am ecstatic when I watch my electric meter spinning backwards on sunny days!
