Poor service turning electric on after lightning. But if you don't pay your bill your shut off quickly. Also the water tastes terrible n sewage prices are outrageous and so are their availability fees.

As I understand it, we aren't helpless here. AUB can be reported to the Federal Trade Commission. We need to get as many people as we can on board with this idea.

Monsters, pure and simple. The whole thing is a scheme to get you to miss a payment so they can cut you off with no notice and charge you the 50 dollar reconnect fee. I have lived in numerous cities, and I have never lived in one that cuts you off if you're less than a week late with no notice or contact and doesn't inform you on if your payments go through or not same day.Protip to anyone reading: They intentionally don't tell you this, but if you spot the disconnect truck outside you can pay the driver to avoid a disconnect.
