Very unreliable. They do not maintain the equipment and keep trees clear of lines. Goes out every time wind blows as trees always falling on Lines or equipment failed.

Power outages at least 5 or more times a year. Some have taken days to fix. Would love to have AUB as an alternative option. Completely ridiculous company.

Most unreliable power and the slowest for repairs. Very unfortunate there is no other option for power provider.

No reason for VEC to spray herbicide on this cedar tree! - clearly the tree is in a maintained lawn area and the tree is NO THREAT to the power line. Bonehead move.
