Absolutely horrible customer service. They don't care because they have no competition. There is no consistency, everyone tells you something different.

As far as the employees are at this electric company, the workers that fix or maintain our electrical issues here in this town have been wonderful. They're fast and efficient. The only problem I could say I have an issue with is the $25 minimum you have to pay if you are a customer that has a pre-pay account like my family does. It was simply much easier to put an amount you could afford on your pre-pay account rather than being forced to come up with $25 or no electricity. An one other issue would be the length of time it takes for the electricity to come back on after making a payment. On average, it usually takes anywhere from 15 minutes to upwards of an hour for it to be restored. Other than these two things, everything else, in my opinion, is fine.
