Solar Eclipse Window Tinting

Great.

To begin this review, I would like to say a family I am friends with referred me here and spoke highly of the gentleman and his work. Well, he finished two vehicles (a SUV and a Quad Cab truck) in a few hours each, which was exceptional. They both look good from afar, once you get close, you see A LOT more than at first. The SUV has bubbles on the driver side window, the Truck however, went in with just the back windows tinted, we paid for the very back window, the back windows to be redone and the strip across the top front. It came back to us with no strip across the top front, the front windows he done was covered in bubbles and scratches throughout the windows everywhere and the back windows had the original tint that it was sent with(how we could really tell was in the sun and Inside the truck looking out the back had a pink tint whereas the ones he had done had more of a grayish tint), this was not noticeable outside of the truck(but still we paid for it to be done) SO Im guessing he thought we wouldnt notice. Follow up, he was contacted about the truck and he stated he was sick he couldnt fix it. He never said contact me next week, he never admitted that maybe he was in a rush, or had made a mistake he just said wait a few days the bubbles will go away bc of colder weather. Well guess what? Bubbles (and clearly scratches) went NOWHERE. He was contacted again. Truck was brought back to him. He fixed it. While it came back with the SAME bubbles in the SAME spots on the driver side, he did the top strip, and the passenger window had even more bubbles and scratches in it than before.. we had someone pick the truck up for us because we had to work. He was contacted once again, with PICTURES. And he stated it was maybe something on the glass and advised us to clean it.. like we are completely ignorant. It had been cleaned. But question is, how did the bubbles get in the same exact spot on the driver side? Scratches? And even more on the passenger? We asked for a refund and he has yet to contact us back. This customer service is BEYOND poor (I worked in customer service for 7 years, customer is ALWAYS right, regardless). If you mess something up, OWN it. We were polite and respectful and understand things happen. But it was constantly an excuse. Then it was because WE didnt clean it. At this point he will never get business from me anymore and I will spread the word of this business. This is NOT how you run a business and claim to know what youre doing.

I've had several vehicles done here, as well as a few family members and friends. He does an excellent job, and has the job finished when he says he will. I will continue to get my vehicles done and send people to Solar eclipse. Best place in town for window tinting.
