We have always taken our stuff to AJ and crew up until now. I received a gift certificate for getting my car done for Valentines Day this year. Finally got an appointment after several tries and low and behold they had to close over COVID-19 the Friday we had our appointment. We were told that we would be one of the FIRST to get scheduled when opening back. We began trying as soon as things were opening to get back in contact, even though in my opinion if your schedule shows people not done before you (the business) would reach out, but no not the case. Maybe because it is because they already have our money, they just have not done the work? So FINALLY got through today and we are told it will be June 4th before they can get to the car as they are booked up!?!? When we mentioned that when they called to tell us our appointment was cancelled to due orders to close, that we would be one of the first back on the schedule, the reply was sorry we must have over looked it. Now we are told they do not do refunds on gift certificates when our frustration was expressed, so basically, they have our money for a job BUT getting it done is the issue! What a crock! I have never received such service, but it is clearly not of their concern to what they tell customers verses what they do. Guess we will have to eat that gift certificate money that we work hard to earn and take our business else were, but it will not be in the form of a gift certificate!
