Called on Tuesday asking for the first available installation so i can have some heat inside my home and was told they had customers in line and no time to take down the details but would return my call in just a few minutes. Its Friday. No callback. I call them 'well its almost closing time, call back Monday, she done left to go home.' Unprofessional and dishonest.
