I really appreciate what Taylor Electric did for me. We had a mixup regarding an internet install at our business, and Gary Simer sorted it all out and got us rescheduled. Robert and his crew came out the very next day and did a great job getting everything installed for us. 5 stars!

Called 811 for Taylor to comeback after they marked/flagged the wrong side of my property. Then I received a call from someone at Taylor some supervisor complaining that I didnt give his guys time to mark the property. Even though I explained that they marked the wrong side of my property. I was again scolded by this supervisor to give their people time to mark the property. This individual was unwilling to listen to the fact that they had marked the wrong part of my property. Im not your employee or verbal punching bag. So heres a bad review for your piss poor service .

If I could give zero or half star I would. High prices! Poor followup! No oversite of their contractors. No advance notice of construction requirements. Have now damaged fence twice because no gate was installed around their equipment and their contractors will not climb over (I don't blame them.) Failure to stay within easement with underground service. Constant requests to enter backyard by them or their contractor's. Had them change meter once and usage went down. Why????

Extremly rude custoustomer service, and way too high rates, had their fiber internet for about a month and switched back to suddenlink and that should say something, in the process of switching to aep from this nightmare
