Stay far away from this utility company & Direct Energy, same peeps. Terrible customer service. Over the past week I have had issue after issue with my account. I have spoken to over 6 reps (I can name each one but Ill spare them) and I have received inconsistency with each. One will tell me one thing, the next day a diff rep tells me oh Im sorry Im not sure why you were told that and tells me something totality different. One will tell me a ticket has been created, resolved and closed then the next day another rep says a ticket was never created. Absolutely absurd and ridiculous. Time after time of this leads me to believe the customer service team is well under trained and apparently the managers as well. Train your people, do the right thing and improve your business. Get it together First Choice and Direct!! Get it together! Improve stupidity.

Worst company ever I asked for an extension and they locked me into a pay arrangement and locked my meter. All representatives have different protocols and nothing is documented.
