DO NOT TRUST THEM. If you go in even just to get a quote be very careful because they tricked me into a contract and cancelled my current provider! I found it to be very unprofessional and would never give them my business because of this impression!

The reliant company is a bunch of crooks. Their telemarketers are very deceptive. I remember one of them pressured to agree to a contract on a locked wattage rate that was supposed to 'cheaper than any other electric provider's rate and it'll only be 25.00 dollars to get out of the contract! 'After it was all said and done, I was paying about 3 cents more per wattage than a friend with TU Electric's rate and that '25.00' dollars to break the contract was actually 250.00 dollars! So know your rates and don't answer the phone to Reliant's customer service!
