Enercon Windows

Usually, I don't write reviews because I don't have time for it, but I decided to leave a review to share my experience with Enercon so far. Enercon guys showed up to change a window glass and to add a screen on one of the other windows. Before knocking on the door, the guy went by himself and added a screen on one of the windows on the side backyard (I dont like that), later when I checked I found out that it was not done properly which is very annoying. Window replacement: Honestly, the guys were quick in what they were doing, but as they were getting into their truck, the double glass window cracked, and the gas leaked out (apparently wrong measurements or other reasons), that was frustrating. So, I ran out and called the guy, he checked it and confirmed that it was not replaced well, So he said that they will make a new order and come back to change it. I texted the guy on another business day to confirm a time to replace it and he never replied to me. However, it is still within a week, So I will definitely write another review once they do the replacement again and fix the screen.

They are to only company handling the brand of windows in my house. I have been waiting 6 months for a replacement glass. They can seem to get the right measurement for the glass and it has been reordered several time. Scott said the new glass should be in on Oct. 18. keeping my fingers crossed.
