Advanced is phenomenal. We did thorough research and many consultations before we decided on Advanced. If anything went wrong, or we needed assistance with anything, they were quick to respond and always have the kindest technicians come out to service. Highly reccomend.

Advanced Solar did an outstanding job coming to Del Rio Texas to install a 6.7 Kw solar array on our roof! Professional from start to finish their team showed up on time and installed our solar array with no difficulty. The folks who certified the solar install, before it was connected to the electrical grid, said whoever installed this system did an outstanding job!! Thats the kind of work that Advanced Solar routinely accomplishes!! Neighbors would continually come by and ask about our Solar array because few in Del Rio had solar panels installed. We benefit daily from reduced electrical bills due to this array.When we had a hail storm in Del Rio in 2016, we needed to replace our roof but none of the solar panels sustained any damage! A team from Advanced Solar came to Del Rio and took the panels down until the roofers finished replacing the shingles, then replaced all panels for $1,000. The panels which are hail resistant did not have any damage and our solar array was up and running again very quickly thanks to the timely help and support of the professionals at Advanced Solar! Their service and support continues as needed with their same professional, timely, and courteous support! Thanks folks!!

When looking into solar energy, I discovered at least 20-30 companies in the local area wanting my business. After some research and recommendations, I decided on Advanced Solar and was extremely grateful I did. In my opinion, what makes them a 5-star company is their continued commitment to customer satisfaction and quality reputation. Other companies install their equipment and disappear from your life, but Advanced has resolved EVERY problem that I have identified; from monitoring connection issues to replacing faulty equipment, they have responded without hesitation. Reminds me of the old 'Maytag Repairman' commercials -- with Advanced Solar, you aren't just buying a product, you are also investing in top-notch customer service and peace of mind.

These folks simply do what they say, and do so when they say they will. My experience with Advanced Solar is just excellent. The electricity off those panels is running just as they stated - saving lots of money for the long term.

On 9/5/2019 I had a service appointment scheduled for 9 AM, received a call the day prior to confirm and the crew showed up at 8:30 AM. Amazing considering I had two other companies for home repairs scheduled this week & one showed up 3 hours late and other never showed or called.Sam the crew leader cane to the door introduced himself, explained to me what they were going to do & estimates time to complete the task. They finished 30 minutes sooner than advised. San came back to the door when completed explained that they completed the task no issues detected & advised me on the next steps that will be taken.If you are think about getting a solar system, you need to consider Advance Solar. Anyone can sell and install, your big decision is how will this company treat you after the sale !!! Advance Solar is stellar on customer service !!!
