DISINGENUOUS COMPANY!The windows (Burris Windows) and installation by Home Gear Installations (subcontracted by Dynamic SLR) were amazing. I HIGHLY recommend both companies for your windows and installations. However, the rest of the experience with Dynamic SLR is not favorable, and I find the company disingenuous. If they show up to your door, particularly if the individual is Adam Al-Asad, turn them away. Much of the benefits they describe to you in person, and then you sign off on there digital platform, you do not get copies of. I would get everything in writing, with provided copies, before committing. (Definitely MY mistake - a learning for me!) They are very good at trying to drive the sale upon their initial visit without this documentation.Examples of what I have experienced:1) Electric Bill - Being told by Adam that if I received an electric bill I could submit it each month and D.SLR would cover the difference. False. They corrected me with an email response, after I received a bill after the first month. On an annual basis if the system falls short of the solar system rating, minus 10%, they would cover any difference. This is much different and more detail than what was explained on the solar system pitch. Therefore, very unlikely to cover any difference.2) False Waived Payment Incentive - As an incentive to confirm purchase of the solar system before the end of 2024 with Adam, they said I would get "9 months of waived monthly payments". However, D.SLR starts the clock at the start of the system operating. The loan payments do not begin until 60 days after the system begins operating. Therefore, they in-fact only provide 7 months of waived monthly fees. A detail omitted from the solar system pitch.3) Selling & Buying Power - You sell the extra solar power to your electric company at a lower price (e.g. $0.09/kWh) than what the electric company sells you power (e.g., $0.14/kWh). So, it is best to prioritize your electric usage to when the solar panels are producing power. This difference in power rate was not discussed or clarified by Adam in the solar system pitch.4) Cutting & Covering a Vent Pipe - Adam told me during installation that none of the vents would be cut; they would work around them. Well, several months later I started to hear bug and/or critter noise in my roof. After inspection by a pest control company, they provided photos of a vent pipe that was cut short and covered over by a solar panel. I rose this issue with D.SLR and they came out later and rerouted the pipe to resolve the problem. But, clearly, they were not truthful about not touching existing infrastructure on my house. (Btw, the installers left all the garbage from the reroute in my yard from this fix.)

I have had a unique experience with Dynamic SLR. I’ve been having issues with them for almost 2 years now.I want these panels off of my roof ASAP. I do not agree with how Dynamic runs their sales team or anything else for that matter. They will send a sales rep in your home wearing an ADT shirt when NONE OF THEM work for ADT, then they say (ADT revamped) that’s not a real thing.ADT Simply sold your info (name address and phone number to include how long you’ve had ADT) to Dynamic. So, Dynamic has a conference room where the sales reps call and book appointments under the guise of looking at their ADT panel. These sales reps ARE NOT ADT affiliated and they will go and find old ADT shirts or have them made to be able to “look at your panel”
If you don’t believe me, ask any of them for help on it and they will “redirect” you because they don’t know anything at all about your panel and only needed to do a “quality check” to solidify entry into your home to sell you solar. Which they make $3,000+ on each close they do.People fall for this all the time. It’s a simple easy way to gain access into your home (by faking a security rep from ADT when they have no training from ADT) they pull up to your house already knowing your energy bill amount. Then they add panels to your roof using their iPad that you see during the slide shows and remove JUST enough panels to lower your bill solar slightly less than the energy one. They also mention the environment. However I believe it’s important to also note the production of these panels, is not so environmentally friendly.Moral of the story, Dynamic SLR may be in the legal boundaries for the shady activities they are pulling.
Not being employed by ADT, what so ever and faking an ADT tech, just seems a bit too shady for my comfort considering I trusted ADT with my security. Not to have a random tech use it to their own devise and come into my home saying he is with ADT when the pay stub says Dynamic to make a quick $3k on me and my lack of research into solar. Many times have I heard people (other sales techs) say that it “seems a bit shady but the money is good”.
They also have mentioned obtaining ADT shirts from Goodwill. From all of that, I want these panels gone. I use very little energy and these panels cost me more.PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU SAY YES TO SOLAR.
