I am thrilled about my experience with RISE Power. Jamal Brown offered swift, personalized service. I had heard from my friends (who bought from other companies) that the process takes 4-6 months. Not with RISE! Jamal got me from initial proposal to installed, powered on, and generating my own power in barely 2 months!The panels look great on my home, the process required nothing from me other than to be home to let someone in the attic when they installed and electronically sign documents as needed. Jamal was in touch with me personally every step of the way to keep me informed, let me know when to check my email, and remind me to sign documents so the process could continue.I feel great about doing my part for the environment and would HIGHLY recommend RISE Power!

We had a great experience with RISE Power and Amy, our sales rep. The concept and products were explained thoroughly as well as financing options. It is kind of a no-brainer as the system pays for itself. They handled all the interaction and paperwork with the utility company, although there was some mix up and delay in activation. We were also somewhat disappointed in the timing that the rebates had expired. Apparently they do that every year around end of October.The crew was very professional and had our fairly large system installed and ready to go in 1 day! They took great care to not damage our roof and tried their best to hide wiring and conduits. We get compliments when people see it from the road. Our savings have been right on target with 50% offset according to our latest bills.Thanks Rise. We will recommend to others.
