Worst company I have dealt with. They installed solar panels in my home last year in October. The panels are just gathering dust right now. According to my power company, there were many installation issues that need to be fixed before they can be turned on. I am currently stuck with a $45,000 solar loan lean on my home and have paid 8 payments towards the loan while the solar panels are inoperable.

As a transfer of ownership it was a bit to get things in place but everything seems to be getting worked out.

Sunfinity Solar is the BEST! From a no-pressure sales approach to a no-hassle installation, these guys made the entire experience completely painless. Every person on the installation team was very experienced and safe. Even the VP of Operations who oversaw the process on installation day knew every aspect of the system. He waited for the city inspector to review the work, then arranged to have the minor observances corrected immediately. He even waited for the electric company representative to come out and install the new meter. Dedicated to service!I feel very confident that _if_ anything happens to my system, any person I speak to at Sunfinity Solar will know what I'm talking about and can get the appropriate fix in progress immediately. Of course, I'm not expecting any issues, as my system has performed flawlessly since it was installed.One final thing, all the folks in their offices know all the ropes. They know which electric providers are offering incentives, how to navigate the city permitting system, and work with your HOA (if necessary). All you have to do is write them a check or sign the financing document!Shoulda done this a lot sooner.....DECEMBER 2019 ADDENDUM - Thought I would share how the mobile app that came with my solar installation actually helped save my house from burning down. I was out of the country on an extended trip when I noticed on the app that my consumption had jumped up to an unexpected level with no one home. I was able to contact a neighbor to go inside the house and he found that my air compressor in the garage had turned itself on and wouldn't stop running. He was able to unplug it before it caught fire and burned the house down. WHO KNEW?!?!? A solar app that actually helps protect your house.
