This is a good example for Never Have I Ever experienced so much unprofessional services. They installed our system last year, and they were so super nice. Now that system is showing glitches and not working properly for months already (yes, not even a year and we are already having problems with system installed by this company); they keep stalling the time and does not want to take any action at all. The best chance I am seeing at this point, is just lawyer up against them and show them what their customer service should have been like.

The process was very straight forward. Steve walked me through everything and responded to all my emails the same day I sent them. He kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. The installation went great. I recommend them if you're considering solar panels.

I had great experience with them. System has met all my expectations. It's been a little more than 3 months since the installation. Some of the folks in their team may not have the best communication skills, but if you give them a chance you will notice that they try their best to please their customers. I haven't had the need to call them for service yet, hoping their service is as good as their sales and installation team.
