When we decided to go solar, we were not sure which company to go with. We vetted a handful of companies; but, after meeting with Mo from Good Faith Energy, we knew we had to go with his company. From the initial meeting to install to completion, the whole process went smoothly. We were assigned a PM (Samantha) who walked with us every step of the way to ensure that we had our questions answered--and, any of our concerns addressed. In addition, the install team were just as great. We are extremely happy with our Solar system! And, we highly (HIGHLY) recommend Good Faith Energy.

If you are thinking of switching to Solar, making your home more energy efficient and and saying good bye to high Electric bills you need to contact Good Faith Energy! I cannot say enough good things about them, their services, staff, professionalism and timeliness. I have never worked with a company that from start to finish exceeded my expectations in every aspect. It took less than 1 month take our home from an energy monster to energy efficient. The staff is amazing to work with and will answer every question you may have. Derek, our sales consultant spent several hours with us going through every detail, and answering our questions as well as just getting to know us, our Project Manager Clayton kept us informed on the progress every step of the way and handled everything flawlessly, Sammy was a joy to work/talk with and the Installation crews were on time, courteous, friendly and meticulous. They cleaned up after each installation process, there was not a spec of trash or spent materials left to be picked up when they were done. Another awesome advantage in choosing Good faith Energy was we had Radiant Barrier, a complete new A/C System as well as the Solar System Installed and they did it all. Every piece was scheduled and completed through their in house contractors. I will add that every employee all the way up to the owner truly believes in what they are doing by helping our planet. Thank you to every one at Good Faith for a Job most excellently done!

I just got my solar system installed with Good Faith Energy after looking and research for over a year, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I'm an electrical engineer with Texas Instruments and I put all the companies I met with true the grind. From the sales staff to the design team and management everyone was amazing! There team are really knowledgeable and passionate about their work, their prices are better than anyone else out there for the options the have and the service they provide. Our electric bill is now ZERO dollars and it's hard to even tell I have solar panels from the street side. Thank you Good Faith for the great service! UPDATE: Im now 3 months into my bill cycle and I have a $257.00 credit in my account!

Good Faith Energy installed a 7.92kW solar panel system for my house in Allen back in November of 2019, and I realized I hadn't written a review for them here. They also installed radiant barrier and sealed some leaks in our ducts. The whole process - from scheduling the initial meeting, getting the quote, getting my questions answered, and finally having the work done, was done professionally and on-schedule.I initially met with Aaron who put together a list of recommendations and answered all my questions, responding to my emails late on a Sunday evening to make sure I understood everything. Once my wife and I decided to go forward with the project, I was assigned a project manager (Clayton) who explained the process and kept me in the loop. Finally, on the day off Shane and Aaron explained how things worked as they performed the work. It took about 6 weeks altogether which was what they initially said.GFE handled the City permit process, securing Permission to Operate from Oncor, and everything else. All I had to do was e-sign a few documents as they came in.If you're considering solar, GFE is definitely worth a call. They beat another competitor's bid by a fairly significant margin and I couldn't be happier with the service.
