Very unprofessional, state they are above the law when it come s to trespassing onto your property, do not follow their own company's procedures, do not behave like a state regulated utility. Secretary is rude, bullying, and gives you legal advice clearly without a license. Only gave them 1 star because you have to in order to post. I will be building in a city/area where this company does not have a franchise.

For several years have been trying to get them to fix a large box in my yard that is sinking at an angle and sends noise and vibrations throughout my house. The people rarely answer, management is always at lunch, no one comes by, no one calls back. This place is mismanaged and the workers are lazy. We live a few blocks from the site so it isn't out of the way. Also they built a solid fence/structures that throw the road noise for blocks. We never heard anything, now it sounds like we live on the highway. These people do not care about customers or their property. I complained to the city who said they can't do much about the box. So I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.

The only way to get anything done with this company is by threat of lawsuit.

Lost power on a Sunday afternoon. Fuse blown on the power pole. Called the number, waited maybe 5 minutes on hold, dispatcher said he'd send someone out, fifteen minutes later there was a truck in my driveway and 5 minutes after that, we had power. I don't think it gets any better than that. Thanks Shawn.

Nothing like being lied to...My husband has called many times to have a heavy tree limb taken down from a line across the street. A few weeks ago, a TNMP Rep knocked on my door to tell me they would be in the area in a couple of weeks and would gladly remove this tree limb. Despite multiple phone calls and discussions with TNMP and the tree trimmers on site, they refuse to remove it. It has been there for more than 10 years since they trimmed a tree that is no longer there. Taking it up with the BBB.
