My grandparents used this company and we're very pleased with the service and price that was given to them , had a complete unit put in and the air back on within 3 hours of their arrival , and they sent out Austin and David which was a great crew , Ken Parker sevice heating and air is a very trustworthy company for senior citizens , unlike so many other companies , thank you guy , great job !!

A man from this business came and looked at the unit and his exact words were 'it is toast can get a new one for 5 to 6 thousand'. I called someone else he fixed a break in the line and put in freon and it works perfectly.
