Great people initially. Not sure why they stopped returning my emails after I paid them. Hmm. Equipment still not hooked to monitoring. completely disappeared. most of the job is done; just weird that they would rather get a 1 star for an additional 15 mins of work to hook up monitoring.

They seemed very knowledgeable and responsive when I started my project with them in 2018. I ordered equipment, which was delivered to my house, at which point they completely disappeared. Luckily, since I got the equipment, I was only out a small project deposit, but I had to scramble to find another installer who could execute the plan with the equipment I had already bought.

While I did not use this company for my power needs, they provided invaluable information. Instead of insisting I should switch to solar, he explained why, as a renter, it was a bad idea. Rather than getting a quick sale and letting me deal with a headache later, he gave me honest information.

The guys at Adaptive Solar have done 2 installations at my home for me, so I guess that makes me a satisfied repeat customer! The workmanship and professionalism has been first-rate, and they have been helpful with timely warranty work as well. The paperwork and interfaces with the other entities in the solar installation process (the City of Houston, Centerpoint Energy and the like) have been a pain to deal with, but AS have been helpful and timely when they could. I have recommended them to friends, and will continue to do so.
