Been on hold for over and hour ! Been disconnected 3 times !!!! Therefore having to call back just for the cycle to repeat itself. On top of that I was calling because I paid my service which came out super high, just for them to disconnect my service the next day!! I live in Texas its hot out here and we have babys. How unprofessional of a company. Waiting for my contract to end and will never be coming back to this company.

They have been great with working with me to terminate service because I had to sell my home through covid-19. Once I purchase again I will use them!

After switching to this company my bill is outrageous. Before i would only pay 127.00 now 303.00 i was told i would pay 8 per kwh. Im paying 12 per kwh and energy delivery charges. I should of stayed with stream energy. My contract expires in 5,2022 .And to top it off my meter was not working . so how did APG & E estimate my bill. ?

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! AP&G WILL RIP YOU OFF. FROM. 07 CENTS TO. 19 CENTS PER KILOWATT. GREEDY COMPANY. I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE PUBLIC UTILITY COMISSION. STAY AWAY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Later after finally getting in contact with customer service it was suggested that I sign back up with AP&G and then they would work with me. I believe that this is illegal. Basically either pay the outlandish bill or sign back up....I will be following up with the public utility commission.
