One of the worst companies, cheaters and liers have done an agreement with them in 2020 that I cancelled 6 months ago. They still want to charge though they have to provided for several months services. Now they argue one has to bring an extra customer. Wicked and bad company will sue them if their harrassment won't stop. Never agreed on this. We have our own solar system. SPAM PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP Will haunt the company down if necessary.

If I can score less than 1 Star, I would. I was never told I would be getting two separate bills. What I was told was I would receive substantial savings... If the truth be told, I had a few months in the summer where I saw a savings, but here is the clincher, overall I am paying A LOT MORE in my electric bill than EVER before. I called customer service to get out of the contract, but to NO AVAIL.. They would need to find another customer to replace my me. I was NEVER told that. What I was told was all I had to do was pay a $600 Fee to close the account. Now they’re telling me I can’t even do that. FOLKS... It’s a SCAM. DO NOT sign up with Clear Way.. You will regret it.

I am absolutely dissatisfied and beyond frustrated with my experience with Clearway. We signed up for this service while we were at our previous address, and it was initially a good experience and we did save a little bit of money. At the beginning of last June, we moved to a new house in the same geographical area. I tried to do a change of address request online, but the link to that page is broken or something, because when I used my same log in credentials it would not let me in. I submitted everything (last bill at old address, first bill at new address, corrected spelling of my name, etc.) via email and was told it would be a couple of months for the transition (understandable as they have to also work with Xcel to get things signed off). I called and emailed multiple times over the next several months and kept getting excuses for why it wasn't done...'Xcel hasn't gotten back to us' 'It should be switched next month' etc. Finally in April I got someone on the phone who said they 'found the problem' and were making the switch and I should see credits show up for my May bill. I just got my bill for the service time of May 2020, and IT'S STILL FOR THE WRONG ADDRESS! They paid someone else's bill and are now expecting ME to pay them? All the while, I have not been able to get any of the credits/savings that I should have been getting (literally the ONLY reason I signed up).I would like to cancel immediately and expect the fee to be waived, being that I would have saved at least that much if they could do the transfer properly in the first place. Such a joke, and they should be embarrassed for the ineptitude of their staff in charge of handling these things.

Doesn't make sense. Both bills at times are very high and at other times one is low but the other high. Can't wait to get out of this. My savings so for is $146.00 not much for a years time.
