My Mom, has had so many issues with Sunnova Solar Company. They have the absolute worst customer service. They destroyed the roof and refuse to fix it. The inside of the house needs to be repaired and they have made no efforts to correct the issue. The ceiling is leaking and causing mold to grow. This has caused my mom to have a chronic cough and headaches. The panels have been off since early March and they continue to bill each month. They refuse to return any phone calls or emails. How does Sunnova expect to fix the problem if they cannot even bother to return a phone call? They did, however, have the time to block my brother on google reviews, Please share this with everyone you know. If you are considering solar, DO NOT USE this HORRENDOUS JOKE of a company.

HORRIBLE COMPANY, do not go through them for your solar needs. sales rep lied about almost everything, customer service has no clue, half the time the service is down, and when the solar panels are producing, they are not producing at the rate they promised.
