I went to work for this company for the first week I was there I did not get the training I needed to learn how things are done. My 2nd day there was no manager to train they put me with a 18 yr old kid that was bossing me and another new guy around. She was having us load her trucks while she was down a few docks just sitting talking with another team member and not even helping her. Then she comes back to where we are and start yelling at us cause we are not packing it in right. I like to work but if I can not get the training I need and they have a kid doing there job is not a place for me to work at.

This location must have a bunch of thiefs because from what it looks like , a lot of people have their packages missing. I had two different delivery dates from fedex and I contacted them to make a claim and sure enough they said to file a claim with the sender because this location lost my package ! There needs to be an investigation on this location because Im not the only customer reporting this issue.

They have manged to 'lose' three packages that were shipped from the same vendor with three different tracking numbers shipped at the exact same time? Just a coincidence? Maybe more like incompetence. It just boggles the mind how that could happen. you would think maybe one could be lost, but all three? Is this a case of employee theft, maybe management sponsored employee theft. This location has a history of this happening.Complete Garbage.

This is very frustrating, my package was somehow lost when it got to this location. Its very aggravating because Ive been searching and searching for this item and finally found one. Been waiting since July 1st (7/1/2020) and called Fedex (7/8/2020) for them to tell me my package was lost. Reading the reviews, this is apparently a normal occurrence.
