I have been hearing about Solar Energy but never knew the importance and the usefulness of it not until when I met Jenni who officially introduced me to Alba Energy. I have been a regular customer of my previous energy provider for years but never got the concept of what Solar Energy meant , but Jenni has bailed me out and explained the advantages of going Solar to me. I can now see the 'future' of going with clean energy through Sister Jenni, who tried all her best to educate me on ownership of my electricity to help with savings in years to come. Jenni has made the process clear with her knowledge and outstanding customer service. Go Solar, Katy!

It came down to be all false advertisement that misled me into the contract. The company does not want to take any responsibility of it. Ignoring my email and phone calls for weeks...... Company blames on their sales contractors but is that my fault?Sales person explained that it will cover 100 % of my electricity bills but it only cover 30%. Only solution will be adding more solar panel (even with that it will cover about 70~80%, I cannot trust if it is true) with extra cost. Anyway even I agreed to do if they wiling to extend the loan terms but refused.So the loan payment and electricity bill are more than single source of electricity provider.WHAT A HUGE A SCAM!!!!!!!

Been very happy with our process and the quick response from Sara and Sheldon. The installation was quick. The panels on my roof look nice and clean setup. Happy with Sheldon and had quick response to my questions about solar power.
