The sales process with ION is great, but after that the installation process gets murky. I could never get a hold of the manager assigned to my installation and wanted me to pay for additional changes to my attic/roof setup. The contract sets up a $1200 cancellation fee, so even that is a pain. Definitely stay away, there are options out there that are more transparent, with better panels and more affordable.

Ramiro, who made the initial contact was very knowledgeable & helpful. Jonathon B., energy advisor, was clear, concise & courteous. Everyone we have had contact with have been wonderful. This program provides affordable solar. I can't wait for the installation!

This company is very knowledgable and polite right from the start. Zach was our salesperson that pitched it very well and we understood everything. We were sold right after that. Adam was our project manager and kept us in the loop of everything down to scheduling. The installation crew were awesome and very polite. One thing that had us sad was having to go with conduit, since we have foam insulation in our attic, but non the less we went with it, the installation crew painted the conduit to match our siding so it wouldn't be so noticeable.
