Experienced this company through my homeowners insurance. My ceiling fan light wouldn't come on. An electrician came out to look at it and said that my whole fan had to be replaced. Something in the box blew and I had no other options. A Hunter fan that wasnt a year old. I went out purchased a new fan and had another electrician to install. The man wasnt here 10 mins and had my old ceiling fan light working. Saying I don't see how one the old electrician didnt see the problem. Highly dissatisfied. Electricians are not knowledgeable.

My home warranty uses B&M and they were so easy to work with. My schedule was crazy and Kala was always very patient with me while we tried to work it out. Tim came out and took the time to explain what he found so I had a clear understanding of the issue and how he fixed it.

Nate came to help us on a service call through our home warranty company. Never know how companies will do when the home warranty selects our service provider, but Nate was prompt, professional, and efficient in fixing a poorly wired 3-way and a broken switch. Its a family business and run well. Even asked them for estimates on remodel work we are wanting done in the kitchen. I would call them outside of the home warranty! Good experience.
