If it was possible at all I wouldn't give Panola Harrison even a half of a star. Panola Harrison is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with and if I had a choice in which company I wanted to use it would NOT be Panola Harrison. For 1- they charge you a $495 deposit just to get your electric turned on through them then 2 years later they all of a sudden charge you another $200 they call ' consumer' deposit. The people are rude, they don't care about their customer's at all. You could lose a parent be dealing with that and only need a extra week to pay them and they still gonna cut you off. By far the WORST company I have had to deal with. If I could I would definitely use a different electric company.

I hate that I was FORCED to do business with this company. Power goes out for NO reason at all! The bills are OUTRAGEOUSLY high! I wish I had an option to have another electric company:( Now, my bills are 3xs the amount I paid Swepco in the past. I wish that someone could be done.

I didnt even want to give this company one star! Why cant we write a review without any?! I have never in my life been without power more than I have it.. Just one drop of rain outside & out goes the power! Sometimes even if the wind blows too hard. Its ridiculous! I want to sell my house just so I can end the relationship with Panola Harrison. Just makes no sense!

Insanely high deposits yet constant outages for no reason. They definitely don't use our money to better the company... Literally the worst.

try and try to contact someone in charge and the woman answering the phone won't give any info out and just hangs up on us. Moved here 3 months ago and the power has gone off 5 times now. its presently iff now and its been 15 hours and we are old and its cold. This never happened when we lived in fort worth and had a choice of who we wanted fir utilities. Being the only power company around they have everyone over a barrel. It seems criminal to me!
