everyone helped with the process from sales to engineer. First year electrical payments (free year of electricity)was pretty quick to get. Alba has been backing up what they said they would do.

No pressure. Thats how to sum up the experience at Alba Energy. It is refreshing to find a company where you can inquire as much as you want while it was very transparent to them that they are one of several companies being considered for the job. Jennifer and Brooks at Alba Energy did not pressure me to buy from them by using such techniques like there is a deadline for this discount or there is a special on x,y,z, etc. They provided a relaxed positive environment and encouraged more questions which they had the proper answers to. What is more surprising is the response time primarily via e-mail, sometimes via text messages - is usually less than an hour. That in itself deserves a gold medal.Before, during and even after the installation of the solar panels all my queries were welcomed and answered in a language I can understand. In addition to that, my roof is a tile roof which made the installation complicated but for them it wasnt even an issue. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of service provided. With Alba Energy there will be an online electronic monitoring system to view energy production, consumption and any energy which was sold or bought by the system. Alba Energy did a good job of doing the installation of the solar panels. We do generate a lot of electricity from the solar panels during the day except on rainy/cloudy days. The reduction of monthly electricity bill does help pay for the cost of the solar panel system. The crew was nice and Jennifer helped guide us in what other areas we may look at to reduce our consumption of electricity, like pool pumps and getting new central air systems.
