Greatly regret switching... I was with direct energy for 5 years and decides to switch to reliant because of the competitive rates... I made a payment and it was declined. This was not on my end as my bank account never drop below a certain amount...So no idea why it declined it... i figured that maybe their system glitched, and I tried again, and payment was successful. I received a notice today that my electric will be switched off if I didnt pay 25.. I never received a bill, or any notication. When I called they said, because the funds were returned and there was a fee applied to the account. This company seems like a scam and wouldn't even listen to me, and hung up. Save yourself the time and money and go with someone else.
