I am VERY dissatisfied with the representation I received. Was promised rebate percentage on my loan (never happen). My light bill plus panels payment was almost double of regular light bill (was promised never to pay another light bill..Not so). I couldn't turn for the rep. before agreeing to go solar, once those papers were signed, I can hardly get a call back or if anything is wrong, I have to contact involved company whereas they did it for you before signing. I am very unhappy (stuck with an overpriced LOAN). Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone else.

As a person who has lived in Dallas all my life, I value the importance of good customer service that can back up a good quality service, and they are just that. Bacel and Ahmad were very patient with me since I am new to using solar energy and I couldn't be happier with the results. They got a customer for life!
