Just got approved for my solar system. Really excited about it. I really appreciate how friendly, courteous and respectful Tony Landin was from the intial greeting and throughout the whole process. He went over in detail from start to finish. Being a first time home buyer he answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Pure Energy!!

Was extremely helpful in repairing and ordering parts in an expeditious manner. Depended on them for answers and solutions when 'SA solar pros' and 'Oscar' couldn't be bothered to help us, even though that was the original contract company!!! Ordered repair parts in two days, with total repairs finished in two weeks. Fast and kept us informed and updated. Special thanks to Andrew for really stepping up to the plate, and making sure that our investment was functioning properly. Highly recommend Pure Energy for all your solar needs!!!

I am under contract with San Antonio Solar Pros and when my solar panels weren't working properly I contacted them and they gave me the run-around for about 3 weeks... so I called Pure Energy and they sent a technician out right away to troubleshoot my problem and it was resolved in about a week and a half even though I wasn't even one of there customers an employee named Andrew was extremely professional and helpful to us I highly recommend anyone looking to go Solar to call Pure Energy!!
