Sunpro Solar

I had a Solar panels since 3 years. Month ago called for one panel not producing, after calling it took over 2 weeks someone came home with wrong part and told me bring correct part soon. Still no communication about when they will show up. Very poor service.

From start to finish this company is top notch. Regional manager, Tom Mosley, was knowledgeable, personable, and kind. He answered every question we posed to him. He made the sales experience a ZERO pressure one that gave my wife and I time to mull over the decision. The project coordinator, Jessica Pettit, and project manager, Enrique Sanchez, stayed in contact with me after the sale and kept me informed of all that was taking place behind the scenes. They did a great job of keeping us informed! The installation occurred about one month after the sale; I only mention this because we thought it would be some time in June or July. The installers arrived before the scheduled time and met with me prior to beginning. The installers, Alonso, Dom, Joel, and Chris walked me through what they would be doing and in what order they would be doing it. I was never in the dark about any part of this process. They began about 9:00 AM and were packed up and finished before 11:30 AM. The electricians, Jack and Eduardo, were friendly, informative, and worked very fast on installing all of the wiring through my attic and out to the now panel. The finished product passed inspection with flying colors the same day. We were producing electricity by 3:00 PM. The next day, Sunpro Solar contacted me and informed me of a panel that was not communicating with their servers. They sent out men less than 24 hours to check the connection of the panel and get it talking to their network. Sunpro Solar is a great company to work with for your solar energy needs and from meeting their employees, it must be a great place to work as well. Do not hesitate in contacting them. All this was done in less than a month and I am able to access the electric metering system through the internet to see my solar system output, my current electric consumption, and the difference (net energy balance) Adding real comfort in buying solar now is that SunPro offers a 25 year guarantee on the equipment, the labor, and the system output for a 25 year period. And I can take a federal tax deduction for 30% of the cost of the system. I think that makes it a good time to try solar power with SunPro this year for me.
