I do have a few power outages, being located in a very rural location, but thats to be expected. Fried squirrel tends to be the problem. When I do have an outage, I have had excellent customer service and courtesy, from the dispatchers as well as the field personnel. Down time is always minimal. I applaud the efforts they all make and give them A hearty thank you.

I don't even know where to start. I was helping my sister in law get her electricity on with deep east TX. Sadly to say they are the only ones that reach to that location so we had NO other option. Starting of they had a attitude. When we first called they gave us a amount of price of the fees my sister in law is going to pay and we told her we would give her a call back to make those payments. Second time we called they gave us a complete different amount. Me and my sister in law heard her say the amount the first time so no way we heard wrong, but either way my sister in law had to pay. I personally wouldn't recommend them. I've been using Direct Energy for 4 years now and NEVER had a problem with them.
