We are super excited to get our solar service with Sunrun! We are also excited to get our two Telsa wall batteries that will help us run our house even if the power goes out, that was a major factor in our decision making. Philip McNeil was super knowledgeable and help explain the whole process in great detail. He broke down all of our savings as well as help us get the best possible deal. I would highly recommend Philip McNeil to my family and friends!

Sunrun rep signed me up to receive $500 Home Depot gift card after the installation. Immediately after the installation I called the customer service to ask for my gift card, but to my surprise they said they have nothing on my account. How can I refer a customer to get $1000 when I can't get the $500 Home Depot gift card promised before installation? More reviews are coming on the installation and efficiency of their system.

Really good. Really efficient. Lowered my electric bills. I used to pay $250 and now I am paying about $120 per month. I am also making a difference by mere diving my carbon footprint. Thank Danielle for showing me how to type the review!

It isn't a good deal, you will spend more than before getting them because even on sunny months when you don't get an electricity bill you pay the $115. On cloudy months you pay $115 plus electricity! They will increase the rate every year. You are stuck with the company at least 15 years. You cannot have them removed. Mine did not work for six months! and I merely got a $200 credit which covered 1 out of 6 electricity bills but I still paid them $113 per month. They don't check to see if they are working, you have to check them weekly or monthly. They ignored five of my emails when I asked where they came up with $200. The manager explained they only have to meet the bare minimum which is 11k. That means that they could not work six months and they are in the clear because no one reads the contract word for word. I took a big loss from June 14-December 14 and still am now in winter because I didn't accumulate any power during the hot sunny months. The manager didn't care if I was unsatisfied, writing this review is the only thing I could do, you are under their mercy for so many years. Absolute worst customer care, please look at the comment below where they disregard the fact the panels didn't work at all for six months.

Dont buy seems legit in the beginning then when your inverter unit goes out in the peak of summer they wont tell you so you will get a 500 dollar electric bill plus have to pay for the panels. No help or consideration was given. I just called them and ask for help during this time of crisis couldnr help onebit they are not trying to help they are only in it for them selves if your lookinh for solar go elsewhere these guys are rip offs and im stuck in a 30 year contract
