Placed an order for collection at the store at 10:00am as the item was shown as in stock at this location. By 3:30pm the item still wasn't available for collection so I cancelled the order and drove to the store to buy the item direct only to find they were out of stock. The staff I've interacted with when shopping at this location generally aren't able to provide much assistance or advice to questions. The store has a wide selection of stock, as you'd expect, but the service and online/in-store experience fall short.

Not exciting but it is a home improvement store.clean and friendly service Found everything I needed.

They are great with customer service! My boyfriend is building a bed and he sent me to get the wood, but I am not the list crafty if people. The workers knew exactly what I was talking about (even though my description was vague) and they were very helpful. This is a top notch store that has your personal needs in mind.

Staff was friendly. I actually received help, from an employee, loading lumber without having to ask. Which was very helpful. Everything I needed was in-stock with no backorder. Store was clean and able to maneuver the cart in each aisle.
