They are great and quick when it comes to getting you into a place and I really appreciated that. However, they do not do a very thorough inspection of the property before moving you in. The property I moved into had been vacant for 2 months and they didn't think to have the water turned on to check the plumbing that had been sitting for that long. There were numerous problems with the plumbing when I first moved in and it took them a couple of weeks to get anything fixed. In the meantime, I couldn't even use my kitchen sink or be able to take a hot shower. 2 months after moving in, I made the mistake of giving them cash for the rent instead of a money order or check. I got a phone call from a very unprofessional and nasty woman who chastised me for not turning in rent on time and not reading the lease to make sure I was doing everything right. There is NO grace from them and if you do one thing wrong (seeing as how we are all human, mostly very busy, and make mistakes from time to time) and that is not right in my eyes. I have no intention of renewing my lease with this company and wouldn't suggest them to anyone if you cannot make sure, 100%, that you can be on the ball and ahere to their wants and timeline no matter what. I understand they are a business and there is a contract signed between the two, but there is no reason to be rude, sarcastic and unforgiving for one mistake from a perfect tenant.

Wright Way Solar recently helped me with an upgrade to my solar system. I have nothing but good to say about their professionalism, and skill. They arrived promptly at the time of their appointment. Their skill level was above any solar installer that I have previously dealt with. When they left the job site was clean, and my system working.Thanks Rudy!

I was very lucky to find Rudy and his install team to install my Solar panels. He actually returns phone calls and delivers as promised. Also another big bonus was when SWEPCO came out to inspect my system they had nothing but good things to say about Wright Way and Rudy. I have had my system installed for 6 months and no problems.Overall I would highly recommend!!

Rudy Wright and his team installed a 5 KW solar system in 2016. He and his team are excellent, know what they are doing and were honest and upfront with pricing and no gimmicks. Highly recommended.
