To damn expensive but what are you going to do when that is the only company that provides you with electricity. So they can charge you what they want too. Pisses me off over $300 BILL FOR A SINGLE STORY 1900 SQ FT HOUSE !

I was scared of a co-op at first, but alas we have no other options in our neighborhood. My bill on a house with 1000 more square feet than my previous home is less than HALF of my previous bills where I had 'freedom to choose' (which is a whole lie, the deregulation of electric in Texas caused a huge increase in electricity bills)My service has been great and its nice not to constantly be forced to shop for electric companies that were all going to give subpar service and charge high prices. Co-ops are the way.
