Been with TNMP for years. Have had problems with them for years too. I am not a satisfied customer. The equipment is out of date and ragged, can't remember the last time I actually spoke to a human about anything. Power outtages are becoming more and more frequent. Times without power are getting longer and longer. TNMP gets in no hurry to get anything done. Unfortunately they are the only choice here. They only got 1 star because I couldn't leave 1/2 of a

TNMP came and took my meter and install a smart meter I found out the smart meters are harming people all over the world so I had them come pull mine they charged me $156.00 to put my old analog meter back on. Plus $48.00 a month to read it. they installed it 4/3/19 and came back the next day to read it 4/4/19 Guess what they charged me the $48.00 for one day. after 4 phone calls I got the run around from TXU and TNMP. I'm working on building a law suit against them for the smart Meter.
