Boldly soliciting despite a No Soliciting sign. Also, going door to door with no mask. I will definitely remember which company I will not support when I go solar.

This has been an excellent experience from start to finish! Everyone at ION has been helpful, informative, and extremely professional. Throughout the process, they communicated with me continuously and quickly answered any questions I had. I cannot say enough positive things about this company!

Very detailed presentation of the solar array. They answered all of my questions for how it would work here in Virginia. Good company to go through.

If you proceed with ION Solar after this review, you deserve what happens. Heard their proposal, signed the contract, did everything they asked for. Things were going smoothly. Then came the step to obtain a municipal permit, which they said could take a couple of weeks to get that through. Over a month goes by, and I heard nothing. I call the City, and they said that nothing had been submitted. I called and left a message with our sales rep, he never responded even after several days. I emailed, and they said it would take up to two days for a response. Been twice that long, nothing. I called for an update and was told there was a problem and that someone would call me. That was last week. Nothing. So here I am, having signed an $18,000 contract, and they have ostensibly abandoned my project with no explanation and aren't returning calls to multiple parties or email. Consider yourself warned. This was a big mistake to trust Ion Solar.

They ignored my no soliciting sign, knocked on my door. They then told me they weren't selling anything, but just wanted to talk to me about the benefits of solar. Really, that's soliciting At that exact moment I was actually getting a quote from another company for solar panels. I truthfully would have considered them if they would have just left a flyer on the door rather than ignoring the no soliciting sign and knocking anyways.
