I called to ask them a simple question: 'Once I pay my late tax bill, how long does it take to release the hold on my vehicle registration renewal at the DMV?' DOMINIQUE (the representative I spoke to) immediately gets defensive with me and says I paid it too recently and that I need to give more time. Totally understand that, but don't appreciate the attitude! She was SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They should really take a look at who is answering their phones. Simple question, simple answer. No attitude required, Dominique. Get a grip or don't work there!
