TERRIBLE customer service. Use ANY other energy company available to you. My old roommate switched over the power to my new roommate, who gave them her lease and ID and was given a date when new service was to start. Instead, our power was shut off that day with no notice WHATSOEVER. We called and learned that they had failed to process her ID, and therefore power would not be turned on until the following day. To be clear, we were given this information at 3:30 PM, well before close of business. Considering that the error was entirely on their end, one would think they could have sent out a technician so we would not have to spend a very cold night with no heat or light through no fault of our own, but they could not have cared less. AVOID DOMINION AT ALL COSTS.

Worst Company. I was scheduled for new service and apparently needed to provide a copy of my lease (which I was never informed). They never set power nor contacted me. Once contacting them, I send my lease paper and they still need to confirm with the landlord. It's been 5 days since I was suppose to have my electric set up and I'm just waiting for them.

Power outage in the middle of the day, perfect weather. They claim it will be restored in about 6 hours. This is unacceptable under any circumstance. Wish this power company was not a monopoly so I could to switch their competitor.
